The Rotterdam Image Bank contains about 500 high-quality photos taken by professional (Rotterdam-based) photographers. All the photos adhere to Rotterdam's guidelines for quality photography, enabling a strong and uniform visual presentation of the City of Rotterdam in the Netherlands and abroad as a metropolitan city where people live, work and relax.

The photos are completely free of any copyright for use in editorial publications. The photos may also be used for advertising purposes within a limited context, but commercial use is prohibited. Read the Terms and Conditions for more information.

The Rotterdam Image Bank is an initiative of the Rotterdam Development Corporation, Chief Marketing Office and Rotterdam Marketing, which also manages the image bank.
